Music Video:Filming Blog


As of right now, I have not filmed yet. I'm still getting my production area together. The light system still needs to get set up. Still got to get the lyrics put together. I got to revise my lyrics. I have to clear out the room to make the clubhouse setting.  Once I get the clubhouse setting, the video is ready to take place. My outfits aren't put together yet. I want to make sure they're nice and thought out. My lyrics had to find a way to match the beat. It's hard making something about a specific topic and making it a whole minute long. Making a minute long song requires you to sit down. It really makes you think about what you are writing down. This song specifically is about the motivation. Also, about how "hate motivates. I thrive to produce the best video I can. This video will be great. They always say "quality or quantity" and in this case that is true. The better the video turns out, the less people are worried about how long it took for it to be finished. This relates to me because I will ensure my video turns out good.

  This powerpoint is on comedy. I did research on a certain genre and that turned out to be comedy. Common lighting found in this genre is high-key lighting. Comedies tend to have extreme close ups and normal angles as well .  The lighting in a comedy film would also be potentially brighter as to  reflect the mood and to film . The costume designs in comedy films change.    As of right now, I have filmed a little, but not completely. I'm back to filming . I'm done giving myself some time off.. Got the equipment together. I revised my plan . I have ensured everything is planned out.  I got it, the movie is ready to take place. The outfits are put together. I want to make sure I have time to relax. My movie has to find a way to fit two minutes though. It's hard making something about a specific topic and making it only two minutes long. Making a two minute long video or movie requires you to sit down and really pick out the best. It really makes you think about what you are acting . This movie specifically is about the comedy. Genre Research: Bad Boys

  Bad boys main elements are the slapstick violence and farce. T he ' buddy comedy ' genre is fairly well-known.  There have been plenty of them, all of them primarily based on the basic idea of having two main characters.  Who are, well, buddies; they act like friends to each other.  They get in fights, they help each other out. They also compliment each other.  This all starts from a case involving someone  w hose evidence from a $100 million heroin bust is stolen. Who get in trouble with the chief, who yells at them. And with a chick from Internal Affairs, who takes them off the case. While all of this, they still find a way to make jokes. The plot is like a jigsaw puzzle with pieces.    The dialogue runs on endlessly. This emphasizes the point of farce because this is all happening so quickly.
